yesterday i buy paypal from some friend about$70,
n' today when i try to log on to my account ,said...
'your account acces has been limited for the following reason(S)
' oct . 15,2008: we have observed activity in this account that is
unusual or potentially high risk.
so,,, no i cant recieve payment.send or request money also cant
close account, until i resolve it .
n' i need to fax or upload documentation.. hope this resolve soon..
That's really not fair Aris. I have my paypal account got limited too now, and they are asking me to provide my bank account details. When you come online, send me an offline message, if your paypal problem has been solved or still having the same problem. Noman here
